Advanced programming

About the course

This four-day training course “Advanced programming in C++” by DRG is aimed at (self-taught) programmers in C++ who want to strengthen their knowledge in C++ and in programming in general. After participating in the training course, programmers will be less constrained by language constructs when converting their abstract ideas into efficient programs. Many hands-on exercises help to increase the effectiveness of the course. They enable the participants to immediately apply newly learned knowledge in practical situations. They also increase the level of engagement of both the participants and the trainer. The training course assumes that the participants are comfortable with a basic subset of C++, including expressions, control statements, arrays, classes, and function overloading. Some of these topics are addressed in the course, but the focus is on details and concepts that have recently become part of the C++ standard.
