The personal data collected by DRG include:

How DRG collects your data

How long DRG retains your data

If you have applied for a job or traineeship at DRG, we will remove your curriculum vitae when your application has been either accepted or declined. If you have made a purchase with a credit card through one of our website, we will remove your credit card data as soon as the purchase transaction has been completed.
Sharing your data with third parties
DRG shares your personal data with third parties if this is necessary to fulfill our obligations in the context of an agreement with you, or to comply with legal obligations.
DRG also shares your personal data with third parties, including IT service providers and data administration providers that act as processors on behalf of DRG. Use of DRG websites
The websites owned by DRG keep track of visits and visitor behavior. This information is gathered and analyzed by Google Analytics in order to improve our website and our services. Newsletters and product notifications
DRG may use your personal data to send you (electronic) newsletters containing news about our services, products and (business) activities. Each newsletter indicates (by means of a web link) how you can unsubscribe from our newsletters. You can also send an e-mail with an unsubscribe request to info@dynaflow.com.
If you have purchased a software license, DRG will send you product notifications containing formation about software updates and new software releases. We deem these notifications to be an important part of our obligation to provide you with high-quality software products.
Protection of your data
DRG applies the same level of care and security to your personal data as we do to all other (business) data that we maintain and process. In particular, we apply commonly accepted procedures and technical measures to avoid abuse, loss, unauthorized access, involuntary publication and unauthorized changes with respect to your personal data. Credit card data are handled in accordance with the requirements set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) which is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This means, among others, that your credit card data are encrypted before they are transmitted over the internet.
