Dynaflow presents at SPE Symposium: Non-Metallics—Disruptive Solutions for Sustainable and Cost-Effective Assets

Dynaflow Research Group will give a technical presentation during the SPE Symposium: Non-Metallics in Abu Dhabi February 2023.
Frank Bos elected Partner at Dynaflow

We are pleased to announce that Frank Bos has been elected partner at Dynaflow Research Group.
BOSpulse 5.0: New heat exchanger element type

The BOSpulse element collection has been extended with a new element type for modeling shell and tube heat exchangers.
BOSpulse: (Preview) Save time modelling with the new PSD generator

In the next release of our pulsation analyses software BOSpulse, version 5.1, we will introduce a new modelling tool to generate the elements that make up a complete Pulsation Suppression Devices (PSD) based on a limited number of input parameters.
New content BOSfluids training course

We are glad to announce that the BOSfluids course has been updated. The course has been restructured and expanded to provide insights on the latest version of the BOSfluids program.
Writing of Fiberglass specifications and procedures

The basis for reliable fiberglass piping systems are the specifications that lay out the requirements to the system regarding material quality, engineering, installation and inspection and test plans.
The design of a cooling water system

Cooling water installations are designed to cool an installation in the event of a nearby fire. This can be necessary if the contents of a tank or pressure vessel are likely to expand with heat. We can use BOSfluids to perform hydraulic calculations of steady state flows in a cooling water system that includes many deluge nozzles (sprinklers).
BOSpulse: New node type for modeling end caps

BOSpulse offers a new Cap node type with which you can more accurately model Pressure Suppression Devices and therefore perform more accurate API 618 and API 674 analyses.
BOSfluids: Improved and more efficient user interface

The new BOSfluids release brings many small and large improvements to its user interface that make it even more efficient and versatile.
BOSfluids 7.0: New heat exchanger element type

The BOSfluids element collection has been extended with a new element type for modeling shell and tube heat exchangers.
