This latest BOSpulse release brings several new data sets that can help you gain a better understanding of the performance of your compressor or pump system. One of the new data sets shows the unfiltered, or total, peak-to-peak pressure pulsations in pipe and PSD elements. If desired, a custom allowable limit can be specified for this data set.

Another new data set shows the relative pressure drop with respect to the maximum absolute
stagnation pressure. This data set is limited to steady state results, and valve and orifice elements.

The last two of the new data sets show the forces and moments acting on restraints in reaction to the applied shaking forces. These two data sets are available only when performing a structural analysis.
