BOSfluids 7.2: Improved Management of Scenarios
DRG » Knowledge Base Articles » BOSfluids 7.2: Improved Management of Scenarios
BOSfluids 7.2 comes with significant improvements to scenario management. These includes a complete redesign of the Scenarios dialog box which now shows a concise and clear overview of all differences between scenarios in a tabular format. The rows in this table are associated with the scenarios and the columns are associated with model parameters that are different in one or more scenarios. By editing one or more table cells you can quickly make changes to multiple model parameters in multiple scenarios in a single action.
The Scenarios tab page has also been extended in a significant way with support for selecting multiple scenarios that are to be edited. That is, instead of selecting a single scenario from a drop-down menu, you can now select multiple scenarios in a list; the changes that you make are applied to all selected scenarios.
The improvements to scenario management can not only save you time but also reduce the scope for errors when working with models involving many scenarios. What is more, with BOSfluids you are not limited to hierarchical relations between scenarios as you can edit them in any configuration that best suits your needs.
